In the second month of my 365 day project I used exclusively my newly bought XF 23/f2.0. It’s nice and small and equipped with a rather fast auto focus mechanism.

With the beginning of October, I used darktable instead of Lightroom as my main raw processor. This was due to my general switch to Linux as my main operating system. Darktable is very powerful, but its user interface is rather cluttered.

This is one of my favorite photos of that month and one where I achieved exactly the result I wanted in post processing:
