So, here we go again. After a break of nearly three years, I’m starting a new “365 project”, i.e., taking at least one photo per day and publishing exactly one photo. My first 365 project I had to cancel about one month short of finishing it due to time constraints (I was working on my dissertation back then). After ending that project, I used my camera only occasionally. Regarding the time constraints, things have changed for the better a little. So I decided to start another 365 project in order to force myself to recover my proficiency in photography.
A general motto of the project will be to use one lens, mostly a prime lens, exclusively for a whole month. I’m starting with the Fujinon XF35/f1.4, which was one of the first lenses I bought back in 2014. The 35 mm focal length is almost equivalent to 55 mm in full frame terms, meaning it is the traditional standard focal length.
