Despite not quite qualifying as world metropolis, Frankfurt is a vibrant city. The Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage is one of the most frequented streets in the city. The fair is located there, among other prominent buidlings.
All photos were taken using my Fujifilm X-T1 and the XF 10-24 lens.
Around Valentine’s Day, I went to Paris together with my partner. On the first and second day, we unfortunately had some rain. During almost all the time (two and a half days) we walked around, visited some sights and I took the opportunity to take some pictures.
During the stay, I used my Fujifilm X-T1 together with the superb XF 14 f/2.8, the XF 35 f/1.4 and for some fun the 8 mm Samyang Fisheye.
Addmittedly, an X-T1 and XF 56 combo isn’t quite as unobtrusive as an X100(S/T) would be. But the short telephoto length together with its speed at f/1.2 allows for some interesting shots. Yesterday, I took this combo out in Frankfurt. I used the great profile configuration suggested by Marco Larousse at We Shoot Fuji.
